SPORT RS made its first joint appearance with the Red Bull Driftbrothers at last month's drift show during the Nürburgring 24-hour endurance race! The event gathered 36 elite drift drivers showcasing their skills on the Müllenbachschleife circuit at the southernmost point of the Nürburgring, featuring over 20 BMWs from different eras. This time, the Red Bull Driftbrothers competed in a BMW E30 equipped with SPORT RS tires. The combination of pure mechanical control and the drift-born SPORT RS helped the drifting legends demonstrate world-class techniques!

Elias Hountondji, an engineer and driver for the Red Bull Driftbrothers, stated that the SPORT RS tire compound performed exceptionally well under the intense conditions of drifting competition. The tires showed no performance degradation when encountering extreme heat generated during drifting, delivering controllable and stable handling throughout their treadlife. They effortlessly handled over 1,000 horsepower, while the tire's strong grip and stiff sidewalls aided him in executing more challenging drift maneuvers. This design also maintained precise steering responsiveness even at lower tire pressures.
