Hankook Tire's S1 evo3 received an impressive score of "Best Value" Tire runner-up honors with an overall rating of 5 stars and a final score of 85% against 7 other well-known global competitors.

The What Car review tested each tire three times in terms of dry and wet braking and handling, aquaplaning, rolling resistance and noise measurement, and Hankook Tire's Ventus S1 evo3 SUV set the fastest lap time of 85.4 seconds. The overall wetland control lap time is fast, and the braking distances on dry land and wetland are also ranked second among the eight tires with results of 35.8 meters and 34.5 meters respectively.
