Hankook Tire has become a Global Partner of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), strengthening collaboration in innovation, safety and sustainability across motorsport and everyday mobility. As part of the FIA Global Partner Program, Hankook will support the development of a future mobility ecosystem together with other leading international brands.  

From 2026 to 2028, Hankook will serve as Official Partner of the FIA Awards and the FIA Sustainable Innovation Series, a global platform aligned with major championships including the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, the FIA Formula One World Championship, the FIA World Endurance Championship and the FIA World Rally Championship. This partnership focuses on turning “track to road” innovation into real‑world tire solutions for drivers worldwide.  

As exclusive technical partner and tire supplier to Formula E and the World Rally Championship, Hankook uses motorsport as a testbed for new materials, structures and safety technologies, which are transferred into road tires and its EV‑dedicated iON range. By combining performance, low noise, strong wet grip and an increased use of renewable and recycled materials, Hankook aims to offer more efficient, safer and more sustainable tire choices for drivers, including those in Hong Kong.
